We’ve received reports of members receiving fraudulent letters claiming to be from our “Fraud Department.” What You Should Do: ✅ Never share personal or card information over the phone. ✅ Monitor your account for any unusual activity. ✅ Call the number on the back of your card or contact OFCU directly if you suspect fraudulent activity. ✅ Reach out to OFCU immediately if something feels off. Stay alert and protect your information!
