Prepaid Reloadable Cards Program Ending
After careful consideration, OFCU has decided to discontinue our Prepaid Reloadable Card program effective September 1, 2024. After this date, we will no longer issue new prepaid reloadable cards.
If you are in possession of an OFCU prepaid reloadable card, please take note of the important dates below:
September 1, 2024 – We will no longer renew or replace prepaid reloadable cards.
Cards that expire during or after September 2024 will not be renewed. If your prepaid reloadable card expires or is lost or stolen, please contact us to obtain a refund of your remaining balance. If you have direct deposit or recurring payments with this prepaid card account, please take the necessary steps to update your payment preferences at this time.
March 3, 2025 – The reload feature will be turned off.
The option to add funds to prepaid reloadable cards will be turned off on March 3, 2025. For balance inquiries, reference the website or phone number found on the back of the card.
May 1, 2025 – All prepaid reloadable cards will be closed.
All remaining prepaid reloadable card accounts will be closed, and any remaining balance will be refunded. To ensure a smooth refund process, please verify the contact information on your prepaid reloadable card prior to May 1, 2025. For information regarding your refund or alternative product options, please contact us.

Important message:
The new Prepaid My Card Manager site is now live. Existing cardholders will need to create a new login using the “Get Started” link and choose the option “I have a card.” You will now have only one user login to access all your Reloadable Prepaid cards on the Reloadable My Card Manager website. Existing cards must be registered on the My Card Manager website before you attempt to purchase additional cards for yourself; be sure to log into My Card Manager before purchasing another card. Also, be sure to be logged in before linking your other prepaid reloadable to your user login.

From the main Card Controls and Alerts screen, select the toggle switch to turn your card ON/OFF.
Card Control changes are effective instantly, so you have complete control of your card.
Yes. From the main Card Controls and Alerts screen, select the Debit/Credit Card from the list of cards on your OFCU account.
No, your recurring transactions will not be blocked. They will continue to be processed, even when your card is turned OFF.
No, any previously authorized transactions will not be blocked. They will continue to be processed, even after your card is turned OFF.
Select Alerts and Control Preferences and set your preferences by Merchant Type, Transaction Type, and Spend Limits. You may also restrict your card from international use in Location Type.
From the main Card Controls and Alerts screen, select the Alert Delivery Options button. This will allow you to select any or all of the options for alerts.
No, travel notifications cannot be submitted via Card Controls and Alerts at this time. Please contact us at 800-376-9000 before you travel, so your Debit/Credit Card activity is not flagged as fraud.
In Card Controls and Alerts, turn OFF each alert in the individual menus for Merchant Type, Transaction Type, Spend Limits, and Location Type.
