Insurance Requirements — Your policy MUST include:

1. Continuous insurance coverage with no lapses
2. Otero Federal Credit Union named as lien holder or loss payee
3. Comprehensive and collision coverage (or physical damage) with deductibles not greater than $1,000

PLEASE NOTE: OFCU requires the declarations page or binder of insurance showing the above requirements. An insurance ID card is not adequate evidence of the required physical damage insurance.
